We started business in 1997 with the business name A U Ventures. The need for expansion brought about the new acquisition of the company by UgoKel Associates Nigeria Limited.
At UgoKel Associates Nigeria Limited, we are experts in agricultural consultancy, food production, processing, marketing, and packaging. We are also into media and marketing of oil and gas products.

Ugochukwu Chimeziri
He is the founding managing director of UgoKel Associates Nigeria Limited. He is in charge of driving of the company being a seasoned expert in Accountancy as his first course of study and agriculture as his second line of specialization.
Ugochukwu is seasoned in finance functions such as financial statements and cash flows, audit functions, tax management, and setting controls. He has also various training in agriculture as evident below.
He is trained in agriculture production, processing, and packaging. He has traveled far and wide in the search for tropical solutions to tropical problems and challenges facing agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa.
Currently, he is the CEO of UgoKel Associates Nigeria Limited where he oversees the development of alternative income agro-based models through livestock and arable farming activities, organizing seminars, and workshops, and managing various crop farms of the company, including animal farms of the organization.
Qualifications
He is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and holds Higher National Diploma (Upper Credit), in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri.
Certificate in Better Science Reporting, by Wren Media UK. He has undergone a series of short-term professional training in pollution, environment, and mining as well as petroleum products marketing.
Special Skills
He has acquired some kind of special training on breeding and care of cold water fishes, pond construction and poultry pens, snail farming, and swine health management. Training on prevention and control of land and aquatic pollution, as well as practical pest control technologies.
Looks like a deviation from his job, he has also been into energy product promotion and marketing and represents direct sellers of bonny light crude oil, forcados etc.

He is the Head of Finance functions with UgoKel Associates Nigeria Ltd. He has M.Sc in Accountancy. Out of passion, he holds a Certificate in agriculture production and processing from Multimix Agric Training Academy in Ghana.
Also a holder of a certificate in maize and fish from the University of Agriculture Thailand and a certificate in Corporate Governance for CEO by the British Council in 2010.
He is a member of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Committee of Nigeria.
Working Experiences
He worked with Fortune Resources Ltd Ikeja as the pioneer assistant manager between 1994 and 1996 where he was in charge of pond construction, fountains and waterfalls, hatchery operations, and procurement of different aquatic species.
While working with Beta Services as Projects Coordinator from 1996 to 2000, he was in charge of ponds designs and construction, production of fingerlings, stocking maintenance, packaging of ornamental fishes for export, designs of feasibility studies, etc on fish production, micro livestock breeding, etc.

Study on effectiveness of the hymen nopteran dinarmius basalis as a control agent of cowpea weevil collosobrucus maculates. Research on the gera systems, fishing technologies, species of fishes, and seasonality of fishes in Yankari National Park Bauchi. Flood plain fishes study in the Niger Delta. Documentaries on Nigerian wildlife resources including aquatic lives etc.

Glory Chimeziri
He is the head of Administration in the organization carrying out in-depth research works especially on various functions of the organization. She holds a professional certificate as a chartered secretary.
Having had Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Administration she had worked in the various blue-chip organizations at managerial levels obtaining in addition to various training both locally and internationally deep cognate experiences in core administrative functions.

Currently holds M.Phil in Environmental management from University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, and B.Sc in zoology from the University of Port Harcourt.

Nmezi Uzoaku Great
He is the project manager of agriculture in the organization. He coordinates all activities in agriculture and evaluates the relevance of expected value addition such a project could offer to the economy. He holds B.Sc in plant Biotechnology from the University of Nagoya, Japan, and an M.Sc in agronomy specializing in plant tissue culture and biometrics genetics from the University of Ibadan.
