UgoKel Associates Nigeria Limited is an indigenous company that operates in triple fields. UgoKel does 50% agriculture, 10% media, and general consultancy as well as training. The company does 40% oil and gas products marketing including derivatives.
The Company was recently set up to take over the assets and liabilities of A U Ventures which has since 1997 been into various works in agriculture covering consultancy, production, processing, and marketing/packaging of agricultural products.
It got to a point where expansion was highly inevitable and by the structure of A U Ventures, such expansion could not be accommodated thereby orchestrating UgoKel Associates Nigeria Limited to be incorporated. In effect, UgoKel is a “New-Old” company.
